Breaded Steak is an easy dinner. Made with 1 round steak, 2 eggs, beaten and 3 c. soda cracker crumbs (medium fine), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cut steak into small serving pieces. Dip in eggs, a piece at a time.
Put in cracker crumbs and press into meat with fingers. Fry until golden brown.
I serve with lemon wedges.
