Bread Sticks
Bread Sticks is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. warm water, 2 tbsp. sugar, 2 pkg. dry yeast, 1/2 tsp. salt and 3 c. all-purpose flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix warm water, sugar and yeast.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Then add salt and flour.
Let rise 1 hour. Punch down and knead dough 15 minutes. Then roll out and cut into finger size strips.
Dip each strip in butter and place in baking pan.
Let rise 1 hour or more.
Bake at 425Β° until golden brown.
