Bread Sticks
Bread Sticks is an easy dinner. Made with 1 cake compressed yeast, 5 tbsp. oil, 3 1/8 c. flour, butter and coarse salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Dissolve yeast in 1 cup warm water in large bowl.
Add oil. Stir in flour gradually, mixing thoroughly.
Cover.
Let rise in warm place until doubled in bulk.
Roll out dough into pencil thin strips; cut into sticks.
Melt butter in saucepan.
Dip sticks in butter.
Sprinkle with coarse salt.
Let rise in warm place until light.
Bake at 400Β° until golden.
Garlic or onion may be used to season.
