Bread Pudding
Bread Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick butter, 1 c. sugar, 2 large cans evaporated milk, 3 eggs and 2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cream butter and sugar.
Add rest of ingredients except bread and mix well.
Spray 11 x 13-inch baking dish (or pan) with Pam.
Line with bread.
Sprinkle raisins on top.
Pour milk mixture over bread.
Let set 30 minutes.
Bake for 35 minutes at 375Β° or until done.
Should shake like Jell-O when pan is gently shaken back and forth.
