Bread Pudding
Bread Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. milk, 1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs, 1 tbsp. butter or oleo, 2 eggs, beaten and 1/4 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Heat milk until hot.
Add to bread crumbs and butter or oleo in bowl.
Combine sugar, salt and raisins with slightly beaten eggs.
Then slowly add to hot mixture.
Pour into a greased baking dish.
Set in pan of hot water and bake at 350Β° for 1 hour. Serves 4.
