Bread Pudding
Bread Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 cinnamon buns, 3 c. milk, 1 c. light cream, 1 1/2 c. sugar and 3 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cut cinnamon buns into squares.
Combine bun cubes with milk and cream in a large bowl. Set aside.
Mix sugar, eggs and almond extract.
Add to bread mixture. Add walnuts, raisins and chopped apricots. Spoon into a 9 x 13 x 2-inch greased baking dish. Bake at 325Β° until firm, 50 minutes.
Serve hot or room temperature with Cool Whip or whipped cream on top.
