Bread Pudding
Bread Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can eagle brand milk, 5 1/2 c. milk, 4 c. bread pieces (2 days old), 5 eggs, slightly beaten and 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Into large size mixing bowl, combine Eagle Brand milk and other hot milk.
Add bread and let stand until mixture is lukewarm.
Stir in the next five ingredients.
Turn into large casserole or baking dish.
Bake in 350Β° (moderate) oven until a sharp bladed knife inserted near center of pudding comes out clean, about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Serve hot or cold.
