Bread Pudding
Bread Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. milk, scalded, 4 c. crumbled dry bread, 1 tbsp. cinnamon, 1 tsp. ground nutmeg and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Heat oven to 350Β°.
Combine milk and bread crumbs in a large bowl and allow to soak for 5 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients and stir until well blended.
Pour into a buttered 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking pan.
Bake for 45 minutes, until firm in center and a golden brown.
Cool in the pan and cut into squares.
May be served plain or with a sauce as a dessert.
