Bread Pudding
Bread Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 eggs, 1 c sugar, 1 tbsp vanilla, 1/2 tsp nutmeg and 1/8 tsp cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix all 7 ingredients together in a bowl.
Remove crust from bread, cut into squares.
Put the bread into a long baking pan.
Add raisins and pecans on top of bread.
Next, pour the custard mix on top.
Cover with foil, pierce foil with a fork, in several places.
Cook for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
Remove foil and brown for 10 minutes.
Serve with butterscotch sauce over it.
