Bread Pudding
Bread Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 9 slices bread or a little less, 1 1/4 c. sugar, 2 c. milk, 1 tall can milnot and 1 tsp. vanilla or lemon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Break bread in small pieces.
Place in bowl with 1 cup of sugar, Milnot, milk, vanilla, egg yolks and melted butter.
Mix well.
Pour into a 10 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
Bake at 450Β° for 30 to 40 minutes.
