Bread Pudding
Bread Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. coarse bread crumbs (leftover biscuits), 2 c. milk, 2 tbsp. melted butter, 1 c. sugar and 3 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Butter a 1 1/2-quart casserole or 9 x 13-inch pan.
Beat eggs in large bowl; add sugar, salt and butter and mix well.
Add warm milk and vanilla.
Add bread crumbs and pour into buttered pan. Sprinkle generously with nutmeg and bake in 350Β° oven for 30 minutes or so.
Put a silver knife in the pudding about an inch from the edge.
If blade comes out clean, pudding is done.
Serve warm with lemon sauce.
