Combine bread crumbs and milk in 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
Let stand 10 minutes.
Stir in raisins.
Beat eggs and yolk together. Stir in vanilla and sugar.
Pour into bread and milk mixture; sprinkle with cinnamon on top.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for 45 to 50 minutes, or until firm.
Cool before serving.
