Bread Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12-15 slices of bread, 1 c. sugar, 3 or 4 eggs, milk and cinnamon or vanilla to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Crumble bread in 13 x 9 inch pan.

In a medium bowl mix sugar and eggs.

Add cinnamon or vanilla to taste and raisins if preferred.

Pour over bread, mix well.

Add milk until all the bread is very moist.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Bread will pull away from side of pan when done.
