Bread Pudding
Bread Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, slightly beaten, 1/2 tsp. vanilla, 2 c. day old bread, 1/2 c. raisins and 2 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon and salt.
Stir well. Gradually stir in bread.
Add brown sugar and raisins.
Pour mixture into 8 x 11 1/3-inch casserole dish.
Place dish in cake pan and add water in cake pan, halfway up dish.
Bake in preheated 350Β° oven for 45 minutes.
