Bread Pudding
Bread Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 slices day old bread, toasted with butter, 1/2 c. moist raisins, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/2 c. sugar and 3 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Arrange toast in buttered dish (use deep dish).
Break into pieces if you must.
Sprinkle with raisins; stir the rest altogether (except 2 tablespoons of sugar).
Pour over toast and let stand (10 minutes).
Keep pushing down in milk mix so it soaks up milk.
Mix cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle over top.
Cook at 350Β° until top is brown and knife comes out clean when tested, 25 minutes is good timing.
Serve warm or cold with vanilla sauce (very good) if desired.
