Put scalded milk in breadcrumbs.
Add 4 egg yolks, sugar, butter and grated rind of lemon.
Bake in 325° oven for 35 minutes.
Beat egg whites into confectioners sugar until stiff. Spread over bread pudding to seal.
Set into a 350° oven for 12 to 14 minutes or until golden brown.
