Bread Pudding
Bread Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 slices bread (white), 1 tsp. vanilla, cinnamon, 2 eggs and 12 oz. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Grease baking dish.
Set oven for 350Β° on middle shelf.
Break 2 eggs in a bowl; beat until bubbly.
Add honey or sugar and vanilla to egg mixture.
Add milk slowly.
Continue to beat the mixture until well blended.
Break the bread into 8 small pieces.
Pour egg mixture into baking dish and press bread pieces into mixture.
Let soak a minute or two.
Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until puffed up and golden brown.
Let cool.
