Braunschweiger Loaf is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, finely chopped, 3 tbsp. butter, 12 oz. pkg. cream cheese, 2 lb. braunschweiger liver sausage and 1/4 tsp. dehydrated onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Saute onion and mushrooms in melted butter until brown; cool and mix with braunschweiger and cream cheese until well blended. Pack into 9 x 3 x 5-inch loaf pan.
Chill and unmold.
