Brandy Sauce is an easy dinner. Made with 1 stick margarine or butter, 1 c. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla, 3 eggs and 2 oz. brandy, rum or bourbon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Melt margarine in saucepan.
Add sugar.
Reduce heat and add vanilla.
Beat eggs and add slowly, stirring to prevent eggs from cooking.
Reduce heat to very low after sugar is melted.
Add brandy; stir briskly.

Serve warm over bread pudding.
