Brandy Logs
Brandy Logs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/3 c. evaporated milk, 6 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces, 2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs, 1/3 c. brandy and 1 c. powdered sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In a 2-quart saucepan, stir evaporated milk and chocolate pieces over low heat until chocolate melts.
Remove from heat. Add brandy and powdered sugar.
Mix well.
Gradually stir in nuts and crumbs.
Let stand 30 minutes.
Shape into 2-inch logs.
Roll in either finely cut nuts or powdered sugar.
Cut in 1/2-inch pieces.
Makes about 4 dozen.
