Brandy Cream Pie
Brandy Cream Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box zwieback crackers (in infant section of grocery store), 1/4 c. powdered sugar, 6 tbsp. butter, dash of powdered cinnamon and 3 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. For the crust, crush enough Zwieback to make 1 1/2 cups fine crumbs.
Mix them with powdered sugar, butter and cinnamon.
Press mixture evenly on bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie plate.
