Brandy Chicken
Brandy Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 chicken breasts, 1/4 c. butter or margarine, 1/3 c. warm apricot brandy, 3/4 c. chicken broth and 1/2 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Coat chicken with tarragon, flour, salt and pepper mixture. Melt butter in large frypan.
Add coated chicken and turn every 10 minutes; cook until brown.
Add warm brandy and light.
Stir in broth.
Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
Remove chicken; add sour cream to pan.
Warm and pour over chicken.
