Brandy Balls
Brandy Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. crushed vanilla wafers, 1 c. chopped nutmeats, 1 c. powdered sugar, 2 tbsp. light corn syrup and 1/3 c. brandy, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine the crushed wafers, nutmeats, powdered sugar, corn syrup, cocoa and brandy in a mixing bowl.
Mix well.
Shape into firm balls about 3/4-inch in diameter.
Roll in powdered sugar. Store in a tightly closed container until served.
