Brandy Apple Cake
Brandy Apple Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. raw apples, peeled and chopped into very small pieces (about 5 apples), 2 c. sugar, 1 shot brandy and liquor (fruit flavored brandy is desirable, but not required), 2 unbeaten eggs and 1 c. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine and mix first 3 ingredients and let stand for 1 hour. Then add the remaining by hand.
Bake one hour at 350Β° in greased and floured loaf pans or 1 large tube pan.
(Makes 2 loaf pans or 1 tube pan.)
Can be wrapped and frozen for later use.
