Brandied Fruit is an easy dinner. Made with large cans of pears, peaches, pineapple chunks, apricots and cherries, 1 stick margarine, melted, 1 c. brown sugar, 2 tsp. flour and 1/2 c. sherry, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Drain cans of fruit and place in a large casserole dish.
Mix melted margarine with brown sugar, flour and sherry.
Pour over fruit.
Heat at 325Β° for 15 minutes.
