Brandied Fruit
Brandied Fruit is an easy dinner. Made with 3 c. mixed chopped fruit (packed in syrup; do not drain) (peaches, cherries, pineapple) and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Put in glass jar with a stopper lid.
If you use a screw on lid, only set it on.
Do not tighten.
Every 2 weeks, add 1 1/2 cups fruit and 1 cup sugar.
Stir every once in awhile with a wooden spoon.
Do not let fruit go below 3 cups or fermentation will stop.
Great over cake, ice cream or cookies.
