Bran Muffins
Bran Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. boiling water, 2 sticks oleo, 6 c. all-bran cereal, 3 c. sugar and 2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In large bowl, put 2 cups all-bran and pour boiling water with oleo in it over the bran.
Add remaining 4 cups cereal, eggs and sugar; mix well.
Sift together flour, baking soda and salt.
Add flour mixture and buttermilk, alternately, until all of both are used.
Cover and store in refrigerator up to
6 weeks.
Bake in muffin pan at 375Β° for 12 to 15 minutes.
