Box Oven
Box Oven is an easy dinner. Made with 4 empty soda cans, cardboard box (at least 18 x 30-inches), tape, heavy duty aluminum foil and baking rack or cooling rack, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Completely inside of the box with aluminum foil, shiny
Secure the foil to the box with tape. To use oven, place piece of foil on the ground that is a little wider and longer than the box.
Make sure the box is level. Set soda cans on the foil and make sure they are stable. Put the rack on top of the cans.
Place coals on foil on the ground.
Item to be baked on the rack and cover with foil-lined box.
Make sure 1 corner of the box is propped up with a small rock to keep coals going.
