Bowknots
Bowknots is an easy dinner. Made with 1 loaf fresh sandwich bread (thin slice), white or whole wheat, 1 can cream of mushroom, cream of asparagus or cream of chicken soup and 12 bacon strips, uncooked and cut in half, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
You will also need 24 toothpicks.
Trim crusts.
Spread soup on one side of bread slices.
Roll each slice from one corner to other.
Wrap bacon strip around middle and secure with toothpick. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 250Β° for 1 hour.
Dry, crisp and delicious.
