Bourbon Sauce
Bourbon Sauce is an easy dinner. Made with 8 tbsp. butter, 1 c. sugar, 1/2 c. water, 1 egg, beaten and bourbon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

For best flavor use real butter.
Mix butter, sugar and water in saucepan and heat until sugar is dissolved and mixture very hot but not boiling.
Gradually pour some hot mixture into the egg, beating as you do so.
Pour egg mixture into remaining hot mixture, continuing to beat.
Let cool and add bourbon to taste.
