Bourbon Franks is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. chopped green pepper, 1/4 c. butter, 4 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce and 1 c. plus 2 tbsp. brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Saute onion and green pepper in butter until soft and add remaining ingredients except franks.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat.
Add franks and simmer for 1 hour.
Transfer to crock-pot or heated chafing dish and provide wooden picks.
