Bourbon Cake
Bourbon Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 eggs, 3 c. sugar, 1 lb. butter, 3 c. all-purpose flour and 1/2 c. bourbon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Preheat oven to 325Β°.
Separate egg yolks from whites.
Beat egg whites until stiff; set aside.
Mix butter, sugar, yolks and all flavorings in large bowl.
Mix in flour.
Fold in egg whites. Butter pans(s).
Sprinkle 1/2 nuts on bottom of pan(s).
Add batter, then rest of nuts on top.
Bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, 1 to 1 1/2-inches off oven floor.
