Bourbon Balls
Bourbon Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. powdered sugar, divided, 2 1/2 c. finely crushed vanilla wafers (about 60), 1 c. finely chopped walnuts, 2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa and 1/4 c. bourbon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a large bowl, combine 1 cup powdered sugar and remaining ingredients.
Sift remaining cup of powdered sugar onto a sheet of wax paper.
Using your hands, shape mixture into 1-inch balls. Roll each ball in sugar.
For best storing, wrap each ball in a small square of plastic or foil.
