Bourbon Balls
Bourbon Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. crushed vanilla wafers, 1 to 2 c. confectioners sugar, 1 c. chopped pecans, chopped fine, 2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa and 1/4 c. bourbon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine all ingredients with 1 cup confectioners sugar.
Mix well.
Make into rounded teaspoonful size balls.
Roll in confectioners sugar.
Store in airtight container for at least 3 weeks.
If necessary, roll bourbon balls again in confectioners sugar.
