Bourbon Balls
Bourbon Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. chocolate bits, 2 1/2 c. vanilla wafers, 1 c. chopped nuts, 1/2 to 1/3 c. bourbon and 3 tbsp. white karo syrup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
In a double boiler, melt chocolate bits.
While melting, roll vanilla wafers and mix with powdered sugar and chopped nuts.
Add bourbon or rum and white Karo syrup to melted chocolate.
Stir into chocolate mixture, wafers and sugar mix.
Let stand 30 minutes.
Roll into 1-inch balls and roll in powdered sugar.
