Bourbon Balls
Bourbon Balls is an easy dinner. Made with 3 c. vanilla wafer crumbs, 1 c. pecans, ground, 3 tbsp. cocoa, 1/2 c. bourbon or rum--add more if you like a stronger flavor and 1 c. confectioners' sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix all ingredients, except sugar, thoroughly and shape into balls the size of a walnut.
Roll in confectioners sugar.
Keep in an air tight container until ready to serve.
