Bourbon Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. chopped pecans, 1 jigger bourbon, 1 box (1 lb.) powdered sugar, 3/4 c. margarine and 9 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Soak pecans in bourbon for 24 hours.
Cream powdered sugar with margarine.
Add pecans; chill.
Shape into one inch balls and place on cookie sheet in freezer until hard.
