Bourbon Balls
Bourbon Balls is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. confectioners sugar, 1/2 lb. butter (not margarine), 1 c. finely chopped pecans and 1/2 c. 100 proof bourbon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cream ingredients together.
Make sure they are well blended. Refrigerate overnight.
Roll into 1-inch balls.
(I use a melon cutter dipped in warm water.)
Refrigerate again.
