Thaw out boneless pork chops; put them in a shallow pan or a baking dish or whatever you desire.
You can boil them or bake them.
Preheat oven if baking, at 350Β°.
Bake pork chops for 1 hour or until done (or put under broiler).
When pork chops are done, put a slice of whole pineapple on top of pork chop.
Put meat tenderizer or your salt and pepper on them and return to oven or broiler until pineapple gets a little brown on top.
Take out of oven and enjoy.
If you desire, you can put the pineapple juice on top of the pineapple slices.
The juice will absorb in the pork chops when cooked.
