Boneless Pork Chops
Boneless Pork Chops is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 pork chops, salt, pepper, little garlic and 1 can cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In electric frypan, brown well on both sides.
Remove from pan and pour in cream of mushroom soup.
Add 1/2 can water-milk.
Mix and stir well with the drippings.
Put chops back in frypan with the soup mixture and simmer slow for 45 minutes, covered.
Serve with noodles or rice.
(I use 4 chops to this amount of gravy, can use more.)
