Bonbons is an easy dinner. Made with 4 c. confectioners' sugar, 1 (14 oz.) pkg. coconut, 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk and white and dark chocolate coating (or candy melts), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine sugar, coconut and condensed milk in large bowl.

Mix until thoroughly blended.

Refrigerate covered for about 2 to 3 hours or until firm enough to shape into balls.

Line a large baking sheet with wax paper.

Roll the coconut mixture into balls about 1 inch in diameter.

This will make about 3 1/2 dozen bonbons.

Refrigerate until firm.

Melt coating and dip bonbons into mixture, coating well.

Place on wax paper until set. Decorate as desired.
