Bok Choy
Bok Choy is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large head chinese cabbage, 1 large onion, 2 pkg. ramen noodles (without seasoning), 1/2 c. sesame seed and 1 small pkg. slivered almonds, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Chop cabbage and onion.
Mix together. Cover and set aside. Break noodles in package. Saute noodles, sesame seed and almonds in butter or margarine until light brown.
Cool on absorbent paper. Bring last 4 ingredients to a boil and cool. Store 3 mixtures separately in refrigerator.
Combine them immediately before serving.
