Boiled Pecans
Boiled Pecans is an easy dinner. Made with 6 c. water, 4 c. pecan halves, 1/2 c. sugar and salt to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Bring water to a boil in a large saucepan.
Add pecans; return to boil for 1 minute.
Drain in a colander; rinse under very hot tap water.
Shake to remove excess water.
Place pecans in a large bowl.
Add sugar; stir well until sugar is dissolved.
Fry pecans in deep fat at 425Β° for 5 minutes; remove.
Drain.
Place pecans on brown paper; sprinkle with salt while hot.
Store in an airtight container.
