Boiled Dressing
Boiled Dressing is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. flour, 1/2 c. granulated sugar, 1 tsp. salt, 2 eggs and 2/3 c. apple cider vinegar (do not substitute), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine flour, granulated sugar and salt in top of double boiler.
Break in the 2 eggs and mix thoroughly.
Dilute the vinegar with a little water and stir it in well.
Lastly, add milk. Place over boiling water and cook and stir until thick.
Remove from heat.
Add the butter and stir until melted.
Add mustard and stir until dissolved.
Excellent served hot on hot salmon.
