Boiled Custard is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 egg yolks, beaten, 3/4 c. sugar, 1 qt. milk, 2 tbsp. flour and 2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix sugar and flour.
Then add to milk and egg yolks.
Cook in top of double boiler until mixture coats the spoon.
Add vanilla and chill.
When cool, beat the egg whites and add to other mixture (just stir this in).
