Boiled Cookies
Boiled Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1 stick margarine, 1/2 c. milk, 3 tbsp. cocoa (use less, if desired) and 1/2 c. peanut butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Place the first 4 ingredients in boiler and boil hard for 3 minutes.
Stir in peanut butter and vanilla flavoring.
Have ready the oats and nuts; pour into boiling mixture after it has boiled for 3 minutes and stir.
Remove from heat immediately and drop onto wax paper by teaspoonful.
Let cool.
These may seem sticky, but they will dry out.
Do not refrigerate.
