Boiled Cookies
Boiled Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 3 or 4 tbsp. cocoa, 1/2 c. milk, 1 stick margarine and 1 tbsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix in a boiler the sugar, cocoa, milk and margarine.
Bring to a boil under moderate heat.
Boil 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and add vanilla, oats, peanut butter and pecans.
Stir together well.
Drop by spoonful on wax paper.
Let dry.
They are ready to eat.
