Boiled Cookies

Melt margarine in large saucepan; add cocoa and stir until cocoa is dissolved.
Add sugar and milk.
Stir and bring to a boil over medium heat.
Boil for one minute.
Remove from heat; stir in peanut butter until melted.
Stir in oatmeal and vanilla.
Quickly drop by tablespoon on waxed paper lined cookie sheets.
