Boiled Chocolate Icing
Boiled Chocolate Icing is an easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 3/4 c. milk, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1/2 c. cocoa and 1 stick margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Put sugar, milk and cocoa in a heavy saucepan.
Cook and stir until mixture cannot be stirred down.
Put lid on; cook 1 minute over medium heat.
Remove and add 1 stick butter and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Frost cake.
