Blueberry Syrup is an easy dinner. Made with 4 c. fresh blueberries or 4 c. frozen, well drained, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 3 tbsp. cornstarch and 1 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan.
Mix well.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly. Serve warm over pancakes, waffles or ice cream.
